1. General<\/strong><\/h4>

1.1 These sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from Aluano ApS, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 The customer\u2019s own purchasing terms only apply if they have been accepted in writing by Aluano ApS.
1.3 NL 92 applies additionally, unless otherwise stated in these terms.<\/p>

2. Offers and price estimates.<\/strong><\/h4>

2.1 Written offers are valid for 1 month from the offer date, unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Price estimates are indicative and non-binding, regardless of deviations from the final price.
2.3 Aluano ApS reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in raw material prices, duties, energy prices or
other external costs.<\/p>

3. Orders<\/strong><\/h4>

3.1 The customer is responsible for providing adequate information about the treatment, including
hanging marks, visible surfaces, coating thickness, colour and other specifications.
3.2 Aluano ApS reserves the right to make necessary changes to the treatment method without notice.
3.3 If an item cannot be treated, the time and materials used will be invoiced.<\/p>

4. Delivery<\/h4>

4.1 Delivery is ex works, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 The delivery time is determined individually and is calculated from receipt of both the items and all necessary
specifications.
4.3 In the event of delayed collection, a storage fee may be charged.
4.4 The customer may only terminate the agreement in the event of a delay exceeding 30 days. Claims for compensation due to delay are rejected.<\/p>

5. Insurance<\/h4>

5.1 Aluano ApS has commercial liability insurance, but does not insure the customer\u2019s items. The customer should take out
there own relevant insurance.<\/p>

6. Payment<\/h4>

6.1 The payment terms are net 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of DKK 100 and interest on overdue payments of 3% per commenced month will be charged.
6.3 Complaints do not entitle the customer to withhold payment.<\/p>

7. Complaints and liability<\/h4>

7.1 The customer must inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.
7.2 Complaints must be made in writing and no later than 14 days after receipt.
7.3 In the event of defects, Aluano ApS has the right to reprocess the items.
7.4 Aluano ApS is not liable for indirect losses, operating losses or consequential damages.
7.5 Aluano\u2019s liability can never exceed the invoice amount for the goods sold.<\/p>

8. Waste<\/h4>

8.1 For larger orders, waste of 1\u20133% must be expected, which cannot form the basis for any claim.<\/p>

9. Return goods.<\/h4>

9.1 Returns must be made in accordance with Aluano ApS\u2019 instructions.
9.2 Incorrect packaging or transport may result in the loss of the right to complain.<\/p>

10. Force Majeure<\/h4>

10.1 Aluano ApS is not liable for non-delivery due to force majeure, including war, strikes,
natural disasters, transport problems, fire, etc.<\/p>

11. Disputes and choice of law.<\/h4>

11.1 Disputes shall be settled under Danish law by the court in Hiller\u00f8d.
11.2 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
